Ms. Black is the Managing Partner of Primacy Solutions, LLC.  Specializing in representing banks and business owners of distressed businesses in turnarounds, her experience is in identifying and implementing win-win debt repayment strategies.  Ms. Black has over 30 years of experience in loan workout, commercial lending, and business development.  Ms. Black has significant public company experience as a Relationship Manager including debt collection with minimal foreclosures and/or charge-offs, commercial lending, and private banking.  Ms. Black has significant industry experience in real estate, construction, healthcare, transportation, and non-profit.  Ms. Black has 12 years of small business ownership experience in the business service and retail industries.
